Our 2026 HOA website is a one-stop data center for all topics related to the Watermill Association Inc., Homeowners Association - Merritt Island FL.
Once you sign up for the Association website you will be granted access to most of the Association folders including a private Association directory of your neighborhood families. This contact information is restricted only to those homeowners and not shared with anyone or any company outside the Association. Each homeowner account creates their own login and password for access. Recommend all homeowners keep their contact information updated so communications and messages continue to your selected email account. We hope this approach simplifies, clarifies, and eases communications between the Board's actions and homeowners interests. We welcome your feedback to improve and increase efficiency of our communications.
The Board maintains this site so you the homeowner can understand what is happening; when events are occurring in the Association; access to documentation you might want to review/fill out; project status; Board minutes; etc. This also allows the homeowner to communication with the Board and committees. Additionally, you can pay your annual HOA dues online with our encrypted payment process found at the top right corner when you log-in.
As you explore the website, we have included various documentation including the CC&Rs and amendments, FAQs, contact us, and a calendar of events throughout the year. Calendar events have the ability for RSVP confirmation indicating your attendance for meeting. We recommend your use of this feature for gauging attendance at various association meetings.
This website can be accessed via any smartphones so you do not have to be limited to computer access at your home.
